Abdullah Bin Hussain is the Executive Director of Ontime Manpower Supply, one of the UAE’s most established manpower outsourcing companies with over 25 years of operations and a MOHRE and JAFZA-authorised track record. Under his strategic direction, Ontime has grown into a trusted workforce partner serving 900+ clients across industries — from construction and logistics to finance, hospitality, and oil & gas.
Abdullah brings a rare breadth of executive leadership, simultaneously steering multiple high-growth businesses across the real estate, hospitality, and retail sectors as part of the Pearl Investment LLC group — a conglomerate with a legacy spanning over 75 years across the Middle East and South Asia. He serves as Director at Flora Hospitality, a premium hotel and serviced apartment brand in Dubai; Flora Realty, the group’s newly launched real estate arm; and Oberon Mall in Kochi, one of Kerala’s landmark retail and mixed-use developments.
Educated at the University of Portsmouth and SP Jain School of Global Management, Abdullah combines a rigorous academic foundation with hands-on experience across complex, multi-sector operations.
