Her career spans key accounts management, revenue generation, contracts management, manpower recruitment processing, and full-cycle workforce operations across industries including construction, logistics, finance, FMCG, hospitality, and oil & gas. Ambili has built and scaled client portfolios from the ground up, led high-performance sales and operations teams across multi-territory environments, and consistently delivered results in fast-moving, high-pressure business settings.
